Responsibilities:

• Champion the QSHE Management System, ensuring its establishment, application, and maintenance in line with standards and guidelines

• Report on QSHE system operations and recommend improvements to the Division QHSE Director

• Ensure compliance with client QSHE requirements and oversee Quality Assurance Plans

• Validate staff qualifications and serve as the primary quality assurance contact for customers

• Develop and implement Process/Products Control Plans and Surveillance Plans

• Apply corrective and preventive actions based on QSHE monitoring results

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with customers on enhancements

• Conduct legal compliance checks and manage work accident investigations

• Manage the SHE Monitoring and Measurement Plan in accordance with legal and organizational standards

• Drive actions to achieve SATYS’s QSHE targets, exercising full authority and independence in resolving QSHE issues

Requirements:

• High school graduate

• Intermediate proficiency in English

• Familiarity with EN/AS 9100, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and EN9110/ISO 50001 (if applicable)

• HSE Risk Assessment training

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2 years as a Quality Controller
