Boeing Commercial Airplanes is looking for a Compliance & Sales Performance Analytics member to join the commercial sales and spaneting operations team in Renton, WA.
This joint role will lead sales and spaneting compliance initiatives and analyze sales performance through forecast development and pipeline analysis. This role will track key metrics, project manage strategic objectives, lead change management and create analytical reports.
A successful candidate will demonstrate the analytical ability to correctly collect, analyze, synthesize, and communicate executive reports, as well as the ability to advise and monitor compliance activities, provide recommendations where necessary and project manage initiatives to completion.
The candidate must be able to work independently as well as collaborate with Sales Operations including senior executives and managers. The candidate must be self-motivated to complete tasks with minimal direction as well as forward thinking to anticipate operational needs and actions. Attention to detail and quality will be critical as this candidate ensures actions are completed and issues are resolved.
This candidate will drive solutions to problems, be highly organized, and optimize processes for efficient operations.
Position Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a long-range business plan, monitoring and tracking monthly performance against established budget
- Provide initial support for inquiries related to charge lines and accounts payable, including travel expense issues
- Monitoring business courtesies
- Leading records and information management
- Develop and manage the company contributions budget
- Supporting export compliance changes and establishing the business preparedness plan
- Monitoring privacy compliance activities
- Reviewing PRO / BPI updates impacting the organization
- Developing and maintaining the BCA airplane forecast and regional commitments
- Updating the external orders and deliveries website
- Analyzing the sales opportunities pipeline and monitoring customer activity that impacts the backlog including ASC606 accounting changes
- Partner with sales, spaneting, communications and investor relations on external collaborator data inquiries and strategic messaging including orders, deliveries and backlog information
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years project management experience
- 3+ years experience in data analysis
- 3+ years experience Microsoft Office Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience working with Salesforce, Quip and Tableau

Summary pay range: $115,600-$156,400
