Position Title: Sales Crew International CTO
Position Summary:
The City Ticket Office (CTO) International Sales crewmember is responsible for generating sales, assisting customers in booking reservations and providing award winning customer service to customers at the ticket offices in Dominican Republic (DR). The CTO International Sales crewmember meets customers’ needs through prompt responses to customers inquires and requests. The CTO International Sales crewmember possesses effective problem-solving skills and is willing and able to contribute to the development of a growing team environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in booking reservations on JetBlue Airways while providing excellent service
- Answer any questions regarding general information about airline travel on JetBlue Airways, like destinations, schedules and fares
- Comply with Cash Management Policy
- Promote and offer ancillary products to customers
- Verify customers’ personal identification
- Resolve general customer service concerns through effective customer service techniques
- Manage computer terminals, email inboxes, and research answers online
- Prepare daily bank deposits for all cash generated by JetBlue at the City Ticket Offices
- Work independently and in a team environment
- Assist travel agencies as necessary
- Offer ancillary products to customers such as Even More Speed, etc.
- Support major consumer events in Dominican Republic to promote the JetBlue brand
- Other duties as assigned
