Role - Asst. Manager - Sales Support
Work closely with the International Sales Team to create country wise MIS/reports for effective monitoring of target versus actual performance of the sales team / GSAs.
Support implementation of agreed sales initiatives
Provide support and guidance to the local GSA sales team, with the objective of achieving their revenue targets. Provide timely and actionable MIS to Sales Managers/ GSAs ensuring that the revenues remain on track.
Provide regular updates on forecast forward loads to facilitate effective sales planning to generate incremental revenue through tactical campaigns.
Ensure that GSAs/ spanets/ agents are abreast of all the communication / updates and provide efficient services to agents in accordance with their business model. Services to include information on schedule, pricing, promotional schemes, changes in policies and other product updates.
Maintain close co-ordination across all departments like accounts, IT, Revenue etc.
Ensure compliance of all policies laid down for effective business operations at all levels.
Provide any other support to sales.
Education - Any Graduation
EXperience - 3- 5 years (Airline Experience preffered)
