About the RoleAs an Aircraft Painter, you will be essential to the final look, performance, and protection of advanced aircraft components. This full-time role in Tulsa, OK offers competitive pay and the chance to work on cutting-edge aviation projects where your expertise directly impacts quality and safety.
Schedule: Monday–Friday (must be flexible for any shift)
Pay Rate: $46.42/hour
Environment: Hands-on, fast-paced, safety-focused manufacturing setting
What You’ll DoPrepare, mask, and apply primer and finish coatings to aircraft parts and assemblies
Set up and operate paint spraying systems and robotic coating equipment
Mix and thin paints to precise specifications
Perform touch-ups, rework, and inspections to ensure high-quality finishes
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering documents
Operate equipment for anodizing, plating, and surface preparation
Maintain compliance with safety standards and environmental requirements
Use precision tools and document production data accurately
Support team success by training, coaching, and collaborating with peers
What You BringRequired QualificationsMinimum 5 years of aircraft painting experience
Proven ability to mix paint, prep surfaces, spray, and clean equipment (demo required at start)
Ability to stand for full 8-hour shifts and work overtime/weekends as needed
Flexibility to work any assigned shift
Strong understanding of coating applications, equipment, and safety practices
Preferred QualificationsExperience with robotic spray systems or advanced coating techniques
Familiarity with heat treatment, anodizing, or plating processes
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Pay Details: $46.42 per hour
