YOUR ROLE as a Technical Planning Officer
You will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient planning of aircraft maintenance tasks, aircraft ground time allocation, resources, and materials preparation in compliance with aviation regulations. You will serve as the key liaison between Operations Control Center (OCC), Maintenance Operations Center (MOC), and third-party service providers, enabling seamless coordination for scheduled workloads.
WHAT YOU’LL CHAMPION:
- Ensure timely compliance with all scheduled maintenance workloads.
- Act as the key planning officer for coordination with OCC, MOC, and third-party service providers.
- Plan and allocate aircraft ground time for maintenance and other operational needs.
- Coordinate manpower requirements to ensure adequate staffing for scheduled work.
- Arrange for necessary materials, tooling, and equipment for operational readiness.
- Monitor progress of scheduled tasks and adjust plans to address changes or delays.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date planning and maintenance records.
- Support compliance with all relevant Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations (PCAR).
WHO YOU ARE:
- Must hold an Engineering degree relevant to the Aviation Industry, preferably BS Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or an equivalent acceptable degree.
- Familiarity with the latest Philippine Civil Aviation Regulations.
- Proficient in Google Suites (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills for maintaining and managing documentation and files.
- Flexible and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Able to work collaboratively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
