- Working cross functionally throughout S&SP to ensure customer needs, requirements and deadlines are achieved.
- Receive, analyze, and report on diverse customer data sets.
- Track performance of programs through the use of metrics and report to both internal management and external customer.
- Analyze usage data and sales history to identify additional items to expand range of items offered through Integrated Materials Management
- Aid in the design and development of tools and process such as stocking models, Provisioning Lists, Maintenance Kits and Cost of Ownership models etc. To ensure that program deliverables are met and maintained.
- Working within the Integrated Materials Management team to help deliver team strategic goals.
- Developing processes and tools to enable the Integrated Materials Management function to move to continue offering enhanced service levels to prioritized customers.
- Be the key focal point for all data feeds related to assigned programs, including active install base, historical and projected sales, and commercial issues -- ensuring satisfactory resolution where required
- Developing strong customer relationships and networks within customer organizations.
- Lead / support internal and external program reviews, as necessary.
- Attend internal and customer review meetings, as necessary.
- Track financial performance of program looking for opportunities to improve gross margin.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes
- Execute allocated Key Business Objectives in timely manner.
- Perform other duties that are required by departmental procedures.
- Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others
Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field
- 3-5 years Experience in a manufacturing industry
- Excellent understanding of ERP system (E1, JDE or SAP: Data visualization software: Tableau, Power BI, etc
- Strong in MS Office suite (Word, Excel and good understanding of MS Access)
- Familiar with Afterspanet business model and MRO/maintenance events - Technical knowledge of S&SP products
- Open to fixed-term employment (5-month contract)
