As part of our Network Scheduling team, you’ll play a key role in designing and optimizing our traffic program to deliver seamless connectivity and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate across departments – from Network Management and Crew Planning to Fleet and Maintenance – ensuring our schedule is both commercially strong and operationally robust.
• Design and optimize traffic programs, balancing commercial goals with operational realities• Address short to medium-turn capacity changes, while ensure high productivity and resilience in our traffic program• Deliver commercial and operational KPIs with an analytical and proactive approach• Manage SAS’s slot portfolio at key congested airports, ensuring compliance with IATA deadlines and regulations
• 3+ years of experience in airline network planning/scheduling, operational planning, or strategic/financial planning• Familiarity with IATA slot guidelines is a strong advantage• Analytical mindset with the ability to balance data-driven insights and qualitative factors• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Fluent in English• University degree (Economics, Engineering, Logistics management or similar)• EU work permit required

Position: Fulltime (100) starting with a 6-month probation period
This position is based in Frösundavik, Solna (Stockholm), and you will be expected to work onsite. Remote work may also be an option, depending on the agreement made with your manager.
