The Customer Sales & Service Agent is responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer service by assisting travellers with their booking needs, issuing tickets, offering the best fare options, and supporting customers throughout their journey planning. The role contributes directly to individual, station, and overall network commercial objectives.

In this role, you will assist customers with reservations, ticket issuance and travel guidance, ensuring accuracy and adherence to airline rules. You will promote Emirates products including Skywards, Dubai Stopovers, hotels, and upgraded fares to enhance revenue. You will guide customers on visa, health and check-in requirements while staying updated on company products and policies. In retail office environments, you will maintain promotional material displays, support travel agents with special bookings, complete ticketing formalities, manage end-of-day sales support, and handle complex queries such as medical or special service cases.

andidates must have at least a GCSE/O-Level or equivalent qualification, along with 2+ years of experience in a contact centre, airline, travel agency, or reservations office—or a relevant Travel & Tourism qualification. Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, email), excellent communication, customer service and sales capabilities are essential. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage, depending on the spanet
