• Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.

• Learn to competently install solid rivets used in aircraft construction and assembly.

• Follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.

• Read and interpret blueprints (preferred, but can be trained).

• Apply common sense and problem-solving skills to carry out instructions.

• Demonstrate high attention to detail while working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with team members.

• Display professionalism, dependability, and a strong willingness to learn

Qualifications & Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.

• 0–5 years of experience in aviation or a manufacturing environment.

• Familiarity with hand and power tools required.

• Blueprint reading experience preferred.

• Ability to learn quickly, follow safety protocols, and contribute to team success.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude essential.

• Salary Range: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
