Job Details:
Job Type: Contract (12 months with potential for extension)
Clearance: Interim Secret clearance required to start; supplier will initiate clearance process at offer stage.
Shift: 2nd Shift (Monday Thursday, 4:00 PM 2:30 AM)
Overtime: Available as needed

Summary:
Assemble electronic components, sub-assemblies, and products in accordance with work instructions and engineering drawings.
Use microscopes, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to meet strict quality standards.
Read and interpret assembly processes and documentation.
Handle both microscopic and larger components, using visual magnification when required.
Operate hand tools (tweezers, rulers, cutters) and pneumatic tools (torque drivers, screwdrivers).
Maintain accurate production data entry.
Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Interim Secret clearance required to start; supplier will initiate clearance process at offer stage.
High school diploma or GED required.
Basic computer skills for navigating timekeeping systems, work instructions, and task tracking.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610 standards.
Experience with electrical or micro-electronics assembly preferred.
Familiarity with ESD procedures and test equipment.
Reliable, punctual, and eager to grow in the role.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
