Summary:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing processes for airplane subsystems

Ensure production readiness by identifying risks, optimizing workflows, and improving operational efficiency

Support delivery center operations by streamlining processes, enhancing quality, and ensuring on-time product delivery

Use data analysis and engineering principles to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Participate in design reviews and provide manufacturability and assembly input

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Engineering Technology), Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Computer Science from an accredited program

Minimum 5 years relevant experience with a Bachelors degree, or 3 years with a Masters degree, or relevant experience with a PhD

Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
