PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Machinist to join a high-performance manufacturing team. If you have experience with CNC mills and lathes, can read blueprints, and are ready to contribute to a fast-paced production environment, this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Perform first-piece inspections and ensure consistent part quality
- Follow job work instructions and quality procedures
- Deburr parts and meet daily production goals
- Edit G-code programs as needed
- Track and prioritize jobs based on order of precedence
- Maintain a clean and organized work area using 5S principles
- Log job data and updates using SAP
- Participate in daily tier meetings and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
Required:- Strong mechanical knowledge
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and depth mics
- Basic computer skills
Preferred:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of CNC machining experience

Pay Details: $24.00 per hour
