JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION – Sr.Manager (Vendor Contracts)

Various Vendor Contract handling.

• Ensure all the consumptions for the previous night halt are captured by first half of the day and replenishments are booked on time.

• To coordinate with Air-France for any component requirement required to meet the Lease return condition.

• Ensure that no units are pending more than 7days for the core return unless there is an agreement with Air France.

• Ensure the replenishments, AOG requirements and other planned requirements are shipped and received well on time.

• Ensure all the requirements towards TCI requirements are received well in time as per the requirement.

• Process the agreed invoices within the agreed contractual timelines

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, such as Air France to foster collaboration, open communication, and to build long-term partnerships

• Lead large negotiations and agreements with key vendor accounts, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the airline

• Monitor and ensure on-time delivery of parts to minimize operational disruptions due to non-availability of spares

• Ensure adherence and maintain required documentation as per internal guidelines and regulatory requirements for areas under purview

• Taking care of some of the FHA (Flight hour agreements) contracts, at present Air-France contract for A-320 Family and Sabena contract for our ATR fleet.

• Ensuring availability of required components which falls under the contract of these Vendors timely and there timely core returns to cater to contract.
