• Conduct specialized Dangerous Goods Training for designated functions within the organization (e.g., Cargo, Ground Crew Security).
• Develop and maintain training materials, including videos, demonstration materials, presentations, handouts, etc., ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
• Prepare and update essential training documents such as the DGR training manual, exercises, handouts, question papers, registration forms, attendance sheets, course evaluation forms, and training certificates.
• Maintain a complete and confidential record of training participants, including registration, attendance, category of training, examination results, and refresher training due dates.
• Assess participants through written and skill assessments in a fair and consistent manner.
• Coordinate with the Learning Support team for the timely submission of assessment results and the preparation and distribution of certificates to successful participants.
• This position is transferable and requires the candidate to relocate as needed to cover DGR training at various regional ifly training centers of IndiGo and manage training programs effectively.
