About the Opportunity:

As a Production Manager, you will be at the forefront of coordinating and overseeing assembly processes within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the efficient flow of aircraft processes and allocation of manpower and consumables

• Oversee and communicate effectively with all levels of the company, serving as the primary point of contact for customer interactions

• Collaborate with the Site/Ops Manager to ensure operational objectives are met and sustained

• Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Office to maintain project schedules and documentation, with an emphasis on MS Project

• Support and lead training initiatives to facilitate seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer to operational staff

Requirements:

• Must be located in Florida

• Experience in VIP/business jet operations as a supervisor or higher

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong experience in MS Project being a plus

• Excellent communication skills to interact across all company levels and with customers

• Availability to start onsite in July or travel to our site in DE for initial training/support
