Job Description:

  • Manage the warehousing, shipping, clearance, and procurement of aircraft components and tooling in time sensitive situations
  • Oversee gateways in multiple countries, which demands continuous critical support when an aircraft is out of service
  • Utilize logistics skills to move small and oversize parts with outside vendors and couriers
  • Meet with outside transportation vendors, component repair vendors, brokers, and customs officials and negotiates rates and terms for contracts
  • Communication to airline headquarters in English and communicates in-country with local language
  • Maintain aircraft parts inventory, responds to internal and external customer requests, and improves warehouse operations performance, maintains the accuracy of part and tooling inventory in multiple gateways, and provides on-demand and scheduled reports
  • Conduct training for employees to ensure hazardous and non-hazardous components are handled and delivered in accordance with U.S. and International Customs requirements and regulatory standards
  • Monitor component inspections and the packaging and stocking of components per General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and FAA guidelines
  • Supervise a staff of specialists.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above. Major in International Trade, Logistics, Customs Broker etc. (preferred).
  • More than 4 years of relevant work experience and business knowledge, with 1 years in management level.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in reporting.
  • Familiar with UPS operation systems and procedures.
  • English proficiency requirements: good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

Willing to take responsibility of operation supervision & fluent efficient daily operation
