Summary
Responsbilities:
Define and maintain the organization’s digital strategy and transformation roadmap.
Align digital initiatives with business priorities, customers needs and technological advancements.
Translate strategic priorities and maturity gaps into a sequenced, multi-year roadmap.
Define Digital Maturity Index (DMI) involves evaluating how well the organization is leveraging digital technologies, culture and processes to create business values.
Establish KPIs to measure success and provide a benchspan to identify gaps and opportunities.
Facilitate cross-functional BPR workshops to map “as-is” and co-design “to-be” process workflows
Educate and influence stakeholders at all levels as a digital change agent, promoting innovation, agility and customer-centric thinking across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Digital, Technology or related field.
6 to 10 years of relevant experience in digital strategy, transformation delivery, or business process leadership
Proven track record in maturity models, roadmap planning, BPR facilitation, and governance frameworks
