None/Not RequiredWe are seeking a results-driven Associate Director, FP&A to join our Cabin Monuments & Integration Finance team in Everett, WA. This critical role is responsible for leading financial reporting, forecasting, and controls, while supporting annual operating plans and long-range strategic planning. This position provides vital financial leadership within a collaborative aerospace environment and reports directly to the Cabin Monuments & Integration (CMI) Finance Controller.
The role offers high visibility across the Interiors business and the opportunity to engage with global financial and business leadership. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and demonstrates strong financial acumen and leadership.
This Everett, WA based role is eligible for relocation.
This position is offered as a Hybrid role, with an expectation that the candidate will maintain a meaningful onsite presence at our Everett, WA Collins Aerospace facility to support effective collaboration and team integration.
What You Will Do:
Partners with and supports Value Stream leaders and other functional business leaders to support various projects, including cost reduction, revenue growth and expand financial returns
Provides reports to functional and operational management on financial analysis, results, and recommendations
Collaborates with Value Stream leaders to guide focus toward achieving optimal financial outcomes
Mature key finance processes and standardize across Cabin Monuments & Integration where applicable to improve efficiency and effectiveness and achieve forecast accuracy goals
Develop Operations Finance processes and cadence with leadership members to achieve cost targets
Lead and develop FPA team as coach, trainer, and mentor to:
Coordinate and communicate all FPA-related deliverables with clear and frequent communication (close, forecast, profit assurance, AOP/SFP)
Lead consolidation and financial reporting for the month-end close and forecasting process for all Interior Products businesses
Perform Balance Sheet analysis, QAR and enhance the controls environment
Manage Cabin Monuments & Integration budget, actuals, forecast, and allocation activity
Lead events to develop optimized finance processes and tools, including forecast/planning modeling, and business case support
Conducts special projects as requested and builds analytical models to perform complex analyses
Travel up to 10 of the time
Qualifications You MUST Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years’ experience
Experience with enterprise financial management platform (ie. OneStream)
Experience with Microsoft Office and SAP
Qualifications We Prefer:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA
Prior experience with FP&A
Excellent communication, teamwork and organizational skills

The salary range for this role is 162,000 USD - 326,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
