Role OverviewAs the Assistant Manager – Brand Marketing, you’ll be at the heart of how IndiGo shows up across all consumer facing touchpoints. This role combines creativity with execution, strategy with storytelling —and offers the opportunity to lead brand and digital initiatives that leave a lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities• Drive ideation, planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns across digital, and owned channels.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Digital, PR, and commercial to to produce compelling spaneting content• Partner with creative, media, and event agencies to bring campaigns and experiences to life.• Monitor performance metrics and customer insights to refine and improve future brand initiatives.• Uphold brand guidelines across all touchpoints, ensuring a consistent look, feel, and voice.• Liaise with external agencies to negotiate rates and ensure high-quality deliverables.• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness.• Analyze consumer behavior and spanet trends to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.• Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure all spaneting activities align with regulatory guidelines and brand identity.
What We’re Looking For• An MBA in Marketing or a related field.• 5+ years of experience in brand management and events.• A strong portfolio of end-to-end campaign planning and execution.
