$54.000 - $64,000 Annual Salary

• Focal for all coordination, issues, questions and concerns for a predetermined set of parts. Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer material and delivery requirements and customer orders.
• Assists in the analysis of supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performance. This is a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to take actions as required.
• Liaison to customer on material requirements, status, issues and concerns
• Performs data entry of material orders. Assists in analyzing supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities. Analyzes material location and performs redistribution
• Enters, tracks and monitors customer orders.
• Identifies customer issues for resolution or referral
• Enters, tracks, monitors and coordinates customer and delivery requirements.
• 2+ year's related experience
• Must be able to demonstrate the use of Microsoft Excel and the use of formulas
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (Required)
• Must have the ability to build customer rapport quickly
• Excellent organization and written/verbal communication skills
• Must have strong analytical skills
