Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
Oversee accounting records and month end closing to assure timely completion and accuracy of accounting activities.
Oversee implementation of monthly and quarterly financial and compliance processes, to ensure that all compliance requirements are adhered to.
Develop and explain accounting policies, procedures, and control processes to ensure that policies are clear and understood by all.
Oversee and manage account reconciliation processes.
Assisting with tax audits and tax returns.
Supervise functions of treasury, accounts payable, tax, payroll and internal control.
Supervise internal and external audits, to ensure compliance and timely completion.
Qualifications you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration or related field.
+ 5 years of experience in related field (Taxes, ISR, VAT, Transfer price, Fixed Assets, Audit)
Experience with internal control and compliance.
Knowledge of SAP, Innova, TRESS and Excel
Knowledge of the Accounts Payables, Payroll, IMSS.
Advanced fluent English communication.
