The opportunity
We are seeking a talented Senior Test & Evaluation Lab Technicianto support a world class airbourne surveillance, communications, battle management system, for Land, Air, and Sea. The role is based in Brisbane - Wacol.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, conducts and documents tests on products, systems, components, materials, and technologies.
- Coordinates test requirements, determines test methods and capabilities.
- Conducts tests, analyzes data and documents results.
- Troubleshoots and resolves laboratory and test-related problems.
- Coordinates test laboratory activities and maintenance and repairs.
- Coaches and trains team members, fostering a supportive environment.
Experience/Qualifications
- Test & Evaluation technical support and analysis.
- Qualifications in engineering or equivalent technical experience in a mechanical electrical/electronic discipline.
- Familiarity with engineering change processes.
- Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
