In this role, you’ll be at the heart of a highly automated distribution center, ensuring critical conveyor and material handling systems operate safely and efficiently—directly impacting the speed and reliability of customer order fulfillment.
Location: Olive Branch, MS
Pay: $22-$31/hour
Schedule(s):
Nights: Wednesday 11P-5A and Thursday-Saturday 5P-5A or Sunday-Tuesday 5P-5A and Wednesday 5P-11P
Days: Wednesday 11A-5P and Thursday-Saturday 5A-5P or Sunday-Tuesday 5AM-5PM and Wednesday 5AM-11AM
What You’ll DoPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyor systems and material handling equipment
Perform facilities maintenance as needed (Light plumbing, Drywall repair, lighting etc.)
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime
Diagnose and repair components including motors, sensors, belts, drives, and gearboxes
Support and maintain PLC-controlled systems and automated equipment
Conduct routine inspections and identify opportunities to improve system performance
Document work orders, repairs, and maintenance activity in CMMS systems
Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure seamless workflow
Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment
What You Bring (Required Qualifications)5+ years of experience in conveyor systems, industrial maintenance, or material handling equipment
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Experience working with automation, controls, or PLC systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
Familiarity with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends or shifts if needed
Preferred QualificationsExperience in distribution centers, warehouses, or manufacturing environments
Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs or similar systems
Exposure to sortation systems, automated conveyors, or robotics
Certification or training in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or related fields
Knowledge of 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement practices

Pay Details: $22.00 to $31.00 per hour
