What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Must meet one of the following requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of related experience in aircraft maintenance
- An Associate's degree plus 6 years of related experience in aircraft maintenance
- High School Diploma plus 10 years of related experience in aircraft maintenance
- At least 10 years working F-16 aircraft experience with thorough understanding of Fighter Aircraft Systems and Flight Line Operations.
- Must have leadership experience in an F-16 aircraft maintenance environment.
