We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Inspector to oversee our aviation maintenance and component overhaul programs. This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and internal quality standards, supporting operational excellence in the repair of aircraft and overhaul of aircraft components. Responsibilities will also include support of general airframe maintenance activities as part of our integrated MRO operation.

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in component-level inspection and overhaul
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory inspection role
• Prior experience in mentor/training role
• In-depth knowledge of FAA Part 145 regulations
• Strong understanding of aircraft components, technical data, and inspection procedures
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience with inspection documentation systems and quality tracking software preferred
