Position Summary:
Systems department will support the Vent Master, Intraflow, Change Over and other Process Analytical product lines.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities:
Understanding pneumatics and electronics
Basic blueprint reading
Accurately pull components according to work instructions and assemble precision systems, regulators, valves and other componentry (this includes testing sub-level components and full systems – troubleshooting any issues will also be required)
Using basic hand measuring tools, drills and saws to fabricate systems as needed
Pressure and functional testing of components (valves, filters and regulators) and complete systems
Technician would be required to understand system flow, pressure and component layouts
Package and box units in accordance with work instructions and suggest ways to improve current packaging approach
Maintain supply of components in work cell
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals
Utilize lean principles
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Participate in the Warehouse HPT and 5S duties.
All other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or designee.
Qualifications
Education, Credentials and Previous Experience:
Technical Depth and Breadth:
Strong technical aptitude
Ability to understand basic standard instructions and order specifications.
Basic hand measuring tool use.
Basic blueprint reading and customer span-ups with changes to system schematics
Working knowledge of basic simple mechanical mechanisms.
Willingness and ability to use drills, saws, hand wrenches and torque wrenches

Perform tasks with little supervision
Able to effectively work on and manage multiple tasks daily, communicate professionally with co-workers, and show aptitude to perform essential job functions listed above.

Physical and Mental Demand:

Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
Frequently required to work around and/or visit manufacturing operations exposed to noise, fumes, heavy machinery, and other shop-related hazards.
Life panels weighing between 50-60 lbs.
Good hand/eye coordination.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
Good hand dexterity.
Use of Personal Protective Equipment as required, may include safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection, and/or any other equipment deemed necessary.
