Our client is seeking a Senior A&P Mechanic to support heavy maintenance operations on commercial aircraft. This position requires prior A320 family experience, a valid A&P license, and strong technical capabilities. Youll play a key role in maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine and non-routine maintenance on A320 family aircraft in accordance with FAA and company regulations
Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems and structures
Complete inspections, document findings, and ensure all work meets airworthiness standards
Support modification, repair, and overhaul projects
Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team workflow
Complete accurate paperwork, job cards, and inspection reports
Requirements Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license
Minimum of 3 years of commercial aircraft maintenance experience
Minimum of 40-hour Gen Fam on the A320 family
Ability to pass a 20-year background check and obtain a SIDA badge
Must be able to read, write, and speak English (English comprehension test required during indoctrination)
