Job Title: Warehouse ReceiverJob Description
Join our team in the Receiving and Parts Counter Departments for the 1st shift Warehouse opportunity. This role involves working from 6:00am to 4:30pm, Sunday to Wednesday. As a part of the Receiving Department, you will handle incoming parts, perform receiving inspections, manage paperwork, and verify parts in our IMOPS computer system. You will also send daily emails and stage materials on carts. In the Parts Counter Department, your responsibilities include cycle counting, pulling reserve orders for mechanics, conducting re-inspections, and documenting inventory costs. We value attention to detail, communication, and dependability, and prefer candidates with forklift experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle packages and perform receiving inspections.
- Manage paperwork and scan forms.
- Record arrival details, including carrier and date.
- Stamp and take pictures of products.
- Verify parts in the IMOPS computer system.
- Send daily emails and stage materials on carts.
- Conduct cycle counting and pull reserve orders for mechanics.
- Perform re-inspections and document inventory costs.
- Use the IMOPS computer system efficiently.

Work EnvironmentOur location is a modern facility with a growing business and a welcoming culture. While the hangar may be chilly in winter or warm in summer, its a clean, well-lit, and organized environment. We recommend extra clothing layers during colder months. Closed-toed shoes, steel-toed boots, gym shoes, or work boots are required, along with jeans without rips or tears, and an appropriate work shirt. The day shift runs from 6:00am to 4:30pm, Sunday to Wednesday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
