📦 Receiving Specialist – Day Shift

Location: Hayward, CA

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $25–$26/hour

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiving Specialist to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments to ensure our inventory is always up to date and ready for the next stage of quality control.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and vendor documentation.
• Process received materials in NetSuite ERP, ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Physically and systematically transfer materials to the Quality department.
• Operate forklifts (preferably stand-up, but sit-down experience is also welcome).

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or receiving role.
• Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory systems.
• Experience using NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Forklift certification or experience (stand-up preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Order picking and inventory management.
• Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.00/hr.
