Pay Rate: $32-$40/hr
Travel Required: Yes 25 (on-site supplier audits, includes international travel)
Play a Critical Role in Elevating Supplier Quality StandardsPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Supplier to ensure the integrity and performance of aerospace supply chains. In this key role, you’ll work directly with suppliers to uphold compliance, resolve quality issues, and drive improvements across global manufacturing partners.
What You’ll DoPlan, organize, and conduct supplier audits, inspections, and quality surveys
Monitor and report on supplier activities to ensure compliance with contract and regulatory requirements
Review and maintain procurement quality procedures to align with customer and government standards
Represent the company in supplier interactions, fostering collaboration and accountability
Deliver training and coaching on Quality Systems to internal and external stakeholders
Support initiatives to improve supplier performance, productivity, and root cause analysis
Ensure supplier manufacturing processes meet all applicable standards and documentation requirements, ensuring compliance with AS9100 standards.
What You’ll BringRequired Qualifications:
10 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA), including at least 5 years in Supplier Quality
Proven experience working directly with suppliers on quality approvals and issue resolution
Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and root cause analysis
Ability to professionally confront and resolve quality issues with a results-driven mindset
Willingness and ability to travel for on-site supplier audits 25 of the time. Requires valid passport.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience with aerospace quality standards and regulatory requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration

Pay Details: $32.13 to $40.00 per hour
