Pay Rate: $69.45 – $97.20 per hour

What You’ll DoAs a Manufacturing Technology Analyst, you will:
Identify and evaluate emerging manufacturing technologies and areas of advancement.
Provide expert guidance in optimizing complex engineering designs and large-scale system integrations.
Drive improvements in manufacturing processes, software applications, and product development.
Lead and mentor teams on process enhancements, test development, and integration strategies.
Plan and direct R&D efforts supporting new aerospace product initiatives.
Benchspan training requirements across the industry and identify future upskilling needs.
Develop and lead program functional test requirements for new technologies and systems.
What You’ll Need to BringRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced education
15+ years of relevant experience in manufacturing technology, engineering systems, or aerospace production (alternatively, Master’s + 13 years or 19 years of equivalent experience)
Proven leadership in process improvement, systems integration, and R&D
Strong experience in developing functional test strategies and driving technological adoption
Ability to work under consultative direction and mentor junior staff
Preferred Qualifications:
Aerospace or defense manufacturing background
Experience with digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing environments
Familiarity with advanced software applications for systems integration

Pay Details: $69.45 to $97.20 per hour
