Schedule: Monday–Friday 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $47.37 per hour
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Be the Financial Backbone Behind Aerospace InnovationPDS Tech Commercial is seeking a results-oriented Financial Analyst to support Program Planning and Control for our Commercial Seating and Furniture business within the aerospace sector. This is a high-impact role designed for a financial professional who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys driving data-driven decisions across engineering, operations, and program management.
What You’ll Be DoingEvaluate new business cases, verify cost estimation methods, and ensure profitability alignment across teams.
Collaborate with international colleagues (particularly in Ireland) to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports on net investment and profit recoverability.
Generate cost and sales forecasts, perform variance analysis, and support long-range planning.
Present program estimates at completion (EAC), recommend adjustments, and document approvals for audit readiness.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, improve reporting, and solve complex financial challenges.
Analyze multifaceted financial data and use sound judgment to develop effective solutions within established policies.

Prior experience in Program Planning & Control (PP&C)
Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel
Advanced degree (Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or MBA)

Pay Details: $47.37 per hour
