What YOU will do:
- You will lead the development of a system test strategy and manage certification activities, ensuring our technologies meet the highest standards of safety and effectiveness.
- You will plan and oversee system certification events, from initial design reviews to final compliance checks.

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in systems engineering, particularly in specifying, designing, verifying, and testing electronic systems.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to change, and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a dynamic team environment.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with complex electronic devices such as FPGA and ASIC at both system and subsystem levels.
- Familiarity with Collins Management System and tools like RLMP for bid and pursuit work.
- Proven ability in testing and developing embedded hardware and software, with a knack for automating tests using scripting.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
