Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications & services. Works on developing features and applications hosted on Azure Cloud with a team of talented engineers focused on solving our customer’s top challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Collaborate with system engineers, software developers and architects to implement solutions within the Aviation Software platforms
Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring, and Testing Techniques
Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology of choice
Build features such as web UI, web services and APIs
Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
Work on core data structures and algorithms and implement them using language of choice
Ensure software solutions comply with industry security standards and best practices

Education Qualification

For roles in USA:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with minimum 5+ years of experience

Desired Technical Expertise:

Experience with languages/technologies such as Windows, C, and Javascript
Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Vue, SolidJS
Experience with Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps
Experience with relational or cloud native databases
Aware of and able to apply continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts
General understanding of the impacts of technology choices to the software development life cycle
Experience in automated testing tools as Selenium, Jest or NUnit

Business Acumen:

Understands the technology landscape, up to date on current technology trends and new technology, brings new ideas to the team
Displays understanding of the projects value proposition for the customer. Shows commitment to deliver the best value proposition for the targeted customer
Learns organization vision statement and decision-making framework. Able to understand how team and personal goals/objectives contribute to the organization vision
