Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Designer to join our Creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brand and delivering design solutions across various platforms. This role will involve responding to client briefs, working alongside project management and the broader design team to develop innovative concepts. Once a design is chosen, you will oversee its execution, ensuring it is brought to final artwork. This includes managing any tailor-made elements such as photography or illustration.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative and visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, tradeshows, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including communications, marketing, and product, to create cohesive and impactful designs.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines.
  • Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Contribute to the development of brand strategies and campaigns through creative input and design expertise.
  • Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project objectives.
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and designs effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
