What YOU will do:

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in avionics systems engineering, particularly in safety-critical system development (e.g., DO-178C, DO-254, or ARP4754A/B).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a team environment, adapting to changes while maintaining focus on goals.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience with complex electronic devices such as FPGA and ASIC at the system and subsystem levels.
- Familiarity with Collins Management System and tools for project management and bid preparation.
- Proven track record of developing automated testing procedures and working with embedded hardware and software.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
