Are you ready to take your technical skills to new heights in the aerospace industry? At PDS Tech Commercial, we’re looking for a highly driven Integration & Test Engineer in Winston-Salem, NC. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking advancements in commercial aircraft interiors by supporting cutting-edge testing and engineering initiatives.
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
About the Role:As an Integration & Test Engineer, youll work closely with a team of top-tier engineers, playing a critical role in building, testing, and refining commercial aircraft seating and furnishings. Your contributions will directly influence product development, safety, and performance, making you an integral part of the engineering process from prototype to production.
What You’ll Do:Collaborate with engineers to assemble and test commercial aircraft seats and furniture.
Provide technical support across structural testing projects.
Analyze and interpret test articles, procedures, and results.
Use hand tools and mechanical expertise to assist in assembly and troubleshooting.
Document and report test findings using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure precise execution of designs.
Maintain test records and contribute to lab operations including dynamic, static load, lifecycle, and flammability testing.
Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or equivalent 2-year training)
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in aerospace, automotive, or another regulated industry
Background in quality assurance or testing environments
Proficient with 2D/3D modeling tools and metal machining/fabrication equipment
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Experience interpreting engineering standards and compliance documentation

Pay Details: $48.44 per hour
