We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive engineering excellence, lead a talented team, and contribute to the innovation of Interiors product offerings.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for mentoring and growing your team, optimizing workflows, and driving improvements in process, quality, and efficiency. Youll engage in complex design and certification product modification projects, and provide engineering support for operations at our Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul facility. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop, lead and execute engineering processes to support engineering projects and program milestones.

  • Monitor project plans, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Manage resource allocation, set priorities, and provide technical guidance for engineering deliverables.

  • Oversee technical report writing and documentation to support service documentation approvals.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, acting as the primary escalation contact.

  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance in engineering efforts.

  • Coordinate proposals, business plans, and financial elements related to project execution.

  • Interact with engineering teams across the globe.

  • Support fielded product designs including quality improvements, cost reduction, component obsolescence and failure analysis.

What you will learn:

Aircraft Certification & Design

  • Understanding of FAA, EASA, and other regulatory requirements for aircraft interiors.

  • Hands-on experience with engineering design and overhaul of a wide range of aircraft products.

  • Exposure to Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul for aircraft interior applications.

Project & Program Management

  • Mastery of project planning, execution, and risk management for product modification programs.

  • Skills in resource allocation, prioritization, and timeline management to meet critical milestones.

  • Ability to drive continuous process improvements for increased efficiency and compliance.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of professionals.

  • Learning how to set priorities, allocate tasks, and drive team performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Qualifications we prefer:

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.

  • Background in aerospace engineering, with a focus on design, project management and certification for aircraft interiors.

  • Experience with commercial aircraft maintenance, repair, & overhaul.

  • Ability to navigate complex project challenges and drive innovative solutions.

  • Experience with FAA/EASA certification processes and regulatory compliance.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Preferred: Degree in Mechanical Engineering and experience with aircraft interiors certification.

Qualifications you must have:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience
