Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is seeking an Engineering & Technical Services Program Manager to provide leadership, management, and oversight in support of an Army Project Office on Fort Belvoir, VA. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award, expected in late May 2025. The role is 100 on-site. Candidates may be required to complete pre-hire assessments evaluating cognitive, technical, and communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for contractual performance, technical execution, and financial outcomes
- Provide daily oversight, direction, and leadership for contractor personnel, ensuring alignment with government objectives and timelines
- Act as the principal company representative to government stakeholders, including the customer, COR, KO, and other mission partners
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems engineering and technical management processes
- Oversee integration efforts across multiple technical domains and verticals to ensure cohesive execution
- Manage full lifecycle support for contractor personnel, including recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding activities
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, timely CDRLs and work products with a goal of achieving 100 first-time acceptance
- Drive innovation through the adoption of modern engineering practices, tools, and emerging technologies
Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
- Deep understanding of contract execution and program delivery
- Proven experience with P&L management and financial oversight on large programs
- Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively engage with technical teams, leadership, and government stakeholders
- Expertise in personnel management and conflict resolution
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Applied knowledge of both traditional (waterfall) and agile project management methodologies
- Familiarity with the DoD Defense Acquisition System
- Comprehensive risk and opportunity management
Experience
- 18+ years of relevant experience
Education
- The minimum level of education required is: Bachelors Degree
Clearance
- Active SECRET security clearance (verifiable in DISS)

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
