A350 FAF Engineering CI-Responsible (m/f/d)

Job Description:

Lead all the engineering end to end (e2e) activities relative to the CIs allocated to him/herEnsure delivery of allocated CIs for the different process steps on time, on quality and on costManage primary and secondary flow for allocated CIsEnsure ontime availability of subparts (e.g. 924/IP) for associated CIsCreate workprepas for associate CIs and launch workorders for suppliersDaily drumbeat of provider against DRP planningLaunch release processes and secure signatures (AP1020)Exchange daily with Airbus at the DRP the design progress, solve & escalate blocking pointsLaunch release processes and secure compiler/design checker signatures (ideally himself)Perform quality root cause analyses together with suppliersSupport config teams on TRS investigations & validate technical content, launch necessary DMU concepts and fill PZadvisor during ESI conf2 and ESI conf3Identify technical issues in the Digital Mock UpSupport the Engineering/Manufacturing on questions (IDCR/ICB handling)Provide DQN/RDR solutions in SAP (T100) and follow them until acceptanceDeliver input for DRP planningReport status of each design solution via correct usage of toolsContinuous Improvement of all allocated activitiesCollaborate with suppliers for the different activitiesEnsure Interface and close communication within the team, customer and suppliers

Job Requirements:

Good knowledge of CATIA V5, DMU, VPM A350, PASS SSI, PDM Link SSCI, SAP, Zamiz, iMade, LabTrack, Office Tools, RIC, CIRCE, TRESTI, ADB, GEOSEARCHGeneral Functional knowledge: PD and WDKnowledge of Aircraft Electrical Engineering ATA92 Procedures (SIDP/EIRD)Signature Delegation AP1020 (preferably)Extensive knowledge of electrical systems Good knowledge of English languageGood experience of secondary structure (ESI/MSI) design, Knowledge of folded and machined elementary partsKnowledge of assembly / subassembly componentsGood knowledge of the Airbus proceduresWeight calculation/process knowledgeConfiguration Management Airbus Documents/ProceduresKnowledge of Manufacturing (Harness/Harness Installation)Proactivness, goal oriented, team playerGood communication skillsAble to manage prioritiesFlexibility
