Pay Rate: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour
Shifts Available:
1st Shift (Mon–Thurs, 4/10): 4:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift (Mon–Thurs, 4/10): 2:30 PM – 1:30 AM
1st Shift (Fri–Sun, 3/10): 4:00 AM – 3:00 PM
This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). In this role, youll be part of a team creating the semiconductors that enable groundbreaking technologies—from space systems to national security platforms. Your work will power the next generation of innovation.
What You’ll DoAs a Microelectronic Technician in a semiconductor fab, your responsibilities will include:
Operating and maintaining advanced semiconductor equipment such as photolithography, etch, deposition, and metrology tools
Handling wafers with precision and logging all activities accurately
Performing startups, calibrations, and routine maintenance of tools
Troubleshooting process deviations and working with engineers on improvements
Following strict cleanroom protocols and safety standards
Supporting continuous improvement and process optimization efforts
Collaborating across teams to drive quality and efficiency in every fabrication step
What You BringRequired Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable with computers (Microsoft Office proficiency)
Ability to work in a cleanroom (gowning required) and handle delicate components
Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs
Flexibility to work night or weekend shifts as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a FOD-controlled or cleanroom environment
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Associate degree or technical training in Electronics or related discipline
Experience with wet and dry semiconductor processes
Background in R&D or low-volume, high-mix prototyping
Understanding of semiconductor process flows from front-end to back-end

Pay Details: $26.00 to $29.00 per hour
