Entry Level Avionics Technician in Oldsmar, FL! Hiring Now!

We are seeking candidates with 6 months+ of electronics assembly or cables experience to work for company that largely supports US Military projects.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as cables, wires, harnesses.
• Works from wire diagrams and work instructions, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools.
• Wire routing, stripping, crimping, soldering
• Makes continuity checks on work in process and completed.
• Conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
• More experience and/or IPC 620 certification will justify higher pay rate

Skills & Qualifications

• Sets up test apparatus and conducts tests of electronic circuit card assemblies.
• Troubleshoots to the component level.
• Utilizes schematic diagrams to isolate failures on Analog and Digital circuitry.
• Proficient in component level troubleshooting of solid state, digital, and RF circuits.
• RF Testing experience
• Familiarity with Radar Systems
• Must be authorized to work in the USA

Pay

$18/hour – $30/hour

Work Schedule

1^st and 2^nd

Shift Available, Monday – Thursday, 4x10 schedule

• 1^st Shift Hours – 5:00am – 3:30pm
• 2^nd Shift Hours – 3:30pm – 2:00am

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $30.00/hr.
