Top Technical Skills Needed
- Ability to work any assigned shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
- Strong background in aircraft electrical systems testing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform systematic and detailed functional tests on avionics components.
- Skilled in documenting compliance data accurately and thoroughly.
- Strong communication for escalating issues and supporting team performance.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing.
- 7+ years of electrical assembly and/or electronic materials experience.
- 7+ years of experience in avionics systems troubleshooting, wire bundle installation, and aircraft electrical systems diagnosis.
- 7+ years of experience using computer applications (internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite, and specialized tools).
- 7+ years of experience reading/interpreting detailed work instructions, blueprints, drawings, or specifications (in English).
Physical Requirements
Must be able to perform duties involving:
- Working any shift (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
- Bending, kneeling, crawling, crouching, twisting, and walking
- Overhead reaching, handling, and standing for extended periods
- Climbing/balancing on stairs, ladders, scaffolding, poles, and inclined surfaces
Additional Information
- Candidates must be shift-flexible; shift assignment is based on business needs.
- 8–10 weeks of training provided.
