Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Staff Analyst (Department Administration Coordination) to support our B-52 CERP Propulsion IPT Team based in Everett, WA.
This position will require someone that thrives in a very dynamic/fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will fulfill a dynamic rage of responsibilities that are expected to change and evolve often. The ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment is paramount to being a successful Staff Analyst with The Boeing Company.
Position Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with teams in the development, analysis, management and compliance verification of process and product baselines of complex products
- Acts as the primary staffing demand planning focal for the B-52 CERP Propulsion team
- Provides daily administrative support to IPT leader, senior managers, and first line managers
- Develop chart material and provide meeting support for 3x per week IPT performance meetings
- Manages agendas, keeps minutes, records action items and follow ups
- Supports IPT with recognition event infrastructure (employee of the quarter, morale events, etc.)
- Manages server access request and general maintenance
- Manages conference rooms owned by IPT
- Manages IPT distribution lists
- Acts as security and building focal for the B-52 footprint
- Supports IPT by managing/ordering supplies
- Ability to adapt to business needs/conditions
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2+ years’ related experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years’ related experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as spanet and business considerations.
Summary pay range Mid-Level: $79,050 - $106,950
Summary pay range Senior: $100,350 - $135,700
