Summary
You will be participating in the design and delivery of IT solutions, solving exciting airline requirements on modern software platforms.
Business Analyst
Support the PO in drafting and refining user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria.
Provide documentation support for requirements gathering, gap analysis, training, and product testing, etc
Consult with the product owners and SMEs to prioritize and shape the product backlog, using Agile best practices for prioritization around business value
Participate in and facilitate relevant scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessions
Create a detailed business analysis as well as outline problems, opportunities and solutions for the businesses supported
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts and distinguish user requests from the actual underlying needs
Conduct ARC’S (Architecture Review Committee) for design, cost, and IT security approval
Deliver work products throughout the project life cycle and provide updates and feedback to the team as required
Develop periodic project progress reports and identify areas for improvement
Project Management
Assist with the daily management of operational functions of the project team, including preparation and taking notes/meeting minutes, chasing approvals, and updating projects logs
Support IT projects in managing budget and forecast, financial modelling, planning and monitoring as well as variance analysis
Manage communications regularly between stakeholders and internal business units
Support preparation of detailed BRDs, functional specifications, user guides, use cases, and scenarios, etc
Participate in project walkthroughs, business requirements gathering, design phrases, functional test plans, user training, and implementation sessions
Support development and testing activities
Assist in implementation / rollout including UAT, user trainings, UVT and post go live support.
Proactively adopt Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous service improvement
Requirements:
University Degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or tasks
Independent, resourceful, analytical, and able to solve problems effectively
A good team player who takes initiative
Good communication skills
