Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) is looking for a Quality Systems Specialist (Level 3 or 4) to support the Fabrication Core Quality Team based out of Auburn, WA.
We are seeking a skilled Quality Systems Specialist to join our team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring effective training and development initiatives that align with program development, while also assisting in the integration of strategic training programs and processes to meet business goals.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in training methodologies, with a focus on strategic and organizational effectiveness.
Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Senior Quality Systems Specialist.
Position Responsibilities:
Assists in the development and integration of training programs, plans, strategies, and processes to meet business goals, including sourcing strategy and cost imperatives
Supports project management activities by coordinating training timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
Facilitates training sessions and project meetings to track progress, address issues, and ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
Identifies training needs, develops mitigation plans, and refines training proposals for leadership approval
Collects, organizes, and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain the status of training programs, customer, commitments and compliance, ensuring follow-up actions for issue resolution
Reviews proposals, contracts, regulatory, program, and customer requirements to ensure early training involvement in program development
Prepares and maintains training directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to assure compliance with program, contract, customer, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements
Analyzes training data, metrics, and feedback to identify root causes of training effectiveness, developing preventive or corrective actions in collaboration with stakeholders
Conducts training needs assessments and process reviews to assess the ability of training programs to meet quality requirements and support business decisions
Performs audits of training programs to determine compliance with quality management system standards, reporting results to management
Analyzes data to provide recommendations for nonconforming training materials and methods
Coordinates commitments with internal and external organizations to execute timely training deliverables
Drives strategic and organizational effectiveness by aligning training initiatives with overall business objectives, ensuring that training programs enhance workforce capabilities and contribute to operational excellence

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Auburn, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in project management
3+ years of experience developing, supporting, and managing training project plans through the full project lifecycle
3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data
3+ years of experience managing metrics to drive data driven solutions/decisions
3+ years of job experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership
3+ years of experience producing and presenting presentations at the Executive level
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Familiarity with training management software and tools
Experience in utilizing database management, programming, statistical modeling, and/or machine learning tools for training analysis
Experience in applying LEAN manufacturing/BPSM techniques for training process improvement
Experience in a manufacturing or factory support environment
Knowledge of International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100)
Maintains effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjusts effectively to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, and/or cultures
Originates action to improve existing training conditions and processes; uses appropriate methods to identify opportunities, implements solutions, and measures impact
Anticipates important or critical training events, identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibility for specific work, including deadlines and performance expectations
Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the training system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area
Skilled in utilizing different communication materials (e.g., training manuals, user guides, reports, presentations) to meet a variety of customer requirements and environments

Summary pay range (Level 3): $86,700 - $117,300
Summary pay range (Level 4): $107,100 - $144,900
