The Cruise Missile System Program (CMS) Team is seeking Mid-Level Customer Training Specialist in St. Charles, MO. The successful candidate will be responsible for customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design. Domestic and International Travel up to 50 is required.
Position Responsibilities
Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and design
Develops, conducts and evaluates effectiveness of technical training
Uses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materials
Gathers data to support complete proposal development activities
Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding ordering and/or delivery of spare parts and provisioning products or related services.
Analyzes and processes material returned from customers. Analyzes customer spare parts requirement inquiries, facilitates responses and resolves delivery problem.
Creates and monitors performance metrics.
Creates, maintains and advances customer relationships.
Develops an understanding of customers culture and business strategies.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience as a formal instructor certification as an instructor, Senior instructor, or Master instructor
Electronics Experience
Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally 50 of the time.

Summary pay range: $77,350 – $104,650
