Summary:
Support development and maintenance of the Program Integrated Master Schedule
Assist with proposal schedule creation and review of Statements of Work and Basis of Estimates
Advise Program Management of potential contractual impacts or critical events affecting delivery or cost
Ensure effective communication and coordination across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
Apply Critical Path Methodology to schedule network development and analysis
Develop and refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production teams
Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations as needed
Operate effectively in a team environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-starter with hands-on experience in Program Planning and Scheduling
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Note: This is not a Maintenance Scheduler position.
Requirements:
Level 3: Bachelors degree with 9 15 years of experience, or Masters degree with 7 13 years of experience
This is a clearance-required role. Ability to obtain a clearance is required, but not needed to start.
Experience with Critical Path Methodology
Proficiency in Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
Knowledge of schedule control processes, proposal development, and project management integration
Proficient in Microsoft Project
Experience in providing risk and opportunity analysis input
Ability to work independently across technical teams to understand the product lifecycle
Experience with Capture, R&D, and Production Scheduling requirements and cross-functional dependencies
Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
