ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAMThe Marketing Intern will play a crucial support role across various spaneting functions, assisting our team with essential tasks that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our spaneting efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring spaneting professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Brand & Positioning: Assist with asset cleanup and documentation preparation to ensure brand consistency.
- Product Marketing: Support with deck updates and versioning, ensuring materials are current and accurate.
- Lead Generation: Help track leads and update our CRM system, contributing to our sales pipeline.
- CRM & Automation: Assist with list cleanup and quality assurance (QA) within our CRM and automation platforms.
- Email Marketing: Support the building and testing of email campaigns to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Content Strategy: Aid in repurposing existing content for various platforms and audiences.
- Social Media: Assist with post scheduling and quality assurance (QA) for social media content.
- Performance & Reporting: Help pull reports and slides, contributing to performance analysis and presentations.
- Website & SEO: Conduct content upload checks to ensure website accuracy and integrity.
- Internal Comms & Alignment: Support the formatting of documents and assist HR with relevant tasks.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital spaneting concepts is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
